Pa mor brotein ar gyfer colli pwysau?

Mae protein yn faicronutrient gyda'r achos cliriaf ar gyfer colli pwysau, a'r rhesymau yw mwy diddorol na "mae'n eich cadw'n llawn".

Pam mae protein yn ennill ei enw da

Tri mecanwaith ar wahân, sy'n anarferol ar gyfer honiad maeth. Mae gan protein yr effaith thermig uchaf o'r maicronutrientau, felly mae ffracsiwn cymedrol o'i egni'n cael ei wario ar ei dreulio. Mae'n y mwyaf sy'n rhoi teimlad o satiety fesul calorïau, gyda chefnogaeth adolygiad systematig ar ei effaith ar deimladau archwaeth mewn pobl â phwysau dros ben [2]. Ac mae'n y sylfaen ar gyfer cynnal màs cyhyrol mewn diffyg egni, sy'n bwysig oherwydd bod màs cyhyrol yn cwympo gyda phob colli pwysau sylweddol.

Protein a satiety

Y dybiaeth gwanhau protein

Dyma'r syniad mwyaf diddorol yn y maes. Mae'r dybiaeth yn dal bod pobl yn rheoli eu cymeriant protein yn fwy caeth na chyfanswm egni — ein bod yn parhau i fwyta tan fydd targed protein yn cael ei gyrraedd [4]. Os yw'n wir, mae diet gwanhau protein yn gorfodi orfwyta popeth arall i gyrraedd yr un protein absoliwt.

Byddai'n egluro'n glir rhan o'r cysylltiad â bwydiau ultra-brosesedig, gan fod y dietau hynny'n tueddu i fod yn gwanhau protein — gweler bwydiau ultra-brosesedig. Mae gan y dybiaeth gefnogaeth ac nid yw'n cael ei derbyn yn gyffredinol; ymdrin â hi fel fframwaith addawol yn hytrach na mecanwaith sefydledig.

Ffynhonnell: a yw'n bwysig?

Llai na'r dadleuon sy'n awgrymu. Darganfu treial rhifeddu yn 2025 effeithiau tebyg rhwng protein sy'n seiliedig ar anifeiliaid a phrotein sy'n seiliedig ar blanhigion [5], sy'n gyson â'r darlun ehangach bod cyfanswm cymeriant a chynnwys leucine yn bwysicach na phrovenance. Mae ffynonellau planhigion yn cael leucine is ac yn llai treuladwy, felly mae ychydig yn uwch cyfanswm yn rhesymol — nid strategaeth wahanol.

Mae atchwanegiadau whey wedi'u hasesu'n feta mewn menywod ôl-menopos [1], ac mae ymyriad bywyd crossover rhifeddu yn darparu data treial ychwanegol [6].

Ystyriaeth esgyrn

Mae colli pwysau yn lleihau dwysedd mwynau esgyrn — dadlwytho mecanyddol yn ogystal â lleihau cymeriant maetholion sy'n berthnasol i esgyrn. Archwiliodd meta-asesiad effaith maint protein dietegol ar esgyrn ar ôl colli pwysau [3] a darganfuwyd bod cymeriant protein uwch yn ffafriol. Mae hyn yn gwrthdroi'r hen honiad bod protein uchel yn niweidio esgyrn trwy lwyth asid, nad oedd yn goroesi archwiliad.

Cwestiynau cyffredin

Alla i fwyta gormod o brotein?
Yn ymarferol, archwaeth a dadleoli bwydydd eraill yw'r cyfyngiadau. Nid oes trothwy niwed sefydledig mewn pobl â swyddogaeth arennol arferol.
Oes angen protein arna i ym mhob pryd bwyd?
Mae dosbarthiad yn helpu synthesis protein cyhyrau'n gymedrol. Mae cyfanswm y cymeriant dyddiol yn bwysicach.
Ydy protein planhigion yn waeth?
Canfu treial 2025 effeithiau tebyg [5]. Mae cyfansymiau ychydig yn uwch yn iawndalu am lai o lewsin a threuliadwyedd is.
Oes angen atchwanegiad arna i?
Dim ond os nad yw bwyd yn eich cael chi yno. Mae'n dod yn wirioneddol ddefnyddiol pan gaiff archwaeth ei atal gan feddyginiaeth neu ffenestr fwyta gywasgedig.
